Warranty and Returns Policy 

Right to Cancel 

Purer Clean Air offers you a 14-day, right to cancel returns policy from date of delivery.  

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for air purifiers and air purifier replacement filters if they have been turned on or used and/or if the packaging seals on the filters have been broken. All items must be returned in their original packaging. 

If you are not sure if a product is right for you, give us a call.  We can always help you to assess if the product in question can meet your requirements. 

General Returns 

Customers wishing to return an order must contact us first via e-mail or telephone. You will be issued with a customer specific return authorisation code.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned orders that have not been assigned and clearly marked with the customer specific return authorisation code.  

Please be sure to place a note inside the return package detailing your return authorisation code, your name and address, what it is you wish to return and the reason for the return. 

On general returns (excluding returns for repairs under warranty), the return of goods shipping costs will not be refunded. For non-warranty returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to us at their expense and to adequately insure the products during shipping. The customer is fully responsible for return orders which are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment.  

Warranty Claims 

The one year warranty of our products covers parts and labour as well as return shipping. If the air purifier or any part thereof is proven to be defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials, the faulty item or parts thereof, will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty for replaced parts and service work will expire automatically with the termination of the original unit’s warranty. 

The warranty of our products does not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, modification or use in an improper or inconsistent manner with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.  

Obvious defects must be communicated via e-mail or direct call to us within 72hrs of purchase delivery date.  Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods 

Permission to return a product does not constitute an acceptance of liability. After the arrival of the returned product, we will inspect the unit carefully. If the fault is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired free of charge. Should the fault not be covered by the warranty, a repair and transport quote will be issued. That quote will need to be accepted in writing before repair work can be carried out.
